Using the files from base folder..........
The thumbnail is named thumb.gif
masthead is g100.gif
folder should be identified as XXX  3 letters all caps

each folder must have filesys and index ....the same file in 
all folders

Index for home page must have XXX changed to folder name and title
inserted. Use first open title line. Be very careful with this file
prior to messing with it save copy for emergency use.

note...some folders use other names for thumb.gif and g100.gif
read index with notepad to check if it does't work then remame.
